  8. Livinsoft is compliant with the Data Protection Regulations/Laws/GDPR. The User undertakes to comply with the Data Privacy Regulations/Laws/GPDR applicable in respect to Third Parties’ personal information, which will be uploaded to Livinsoft as “Content” and keep Licensor harmless.

  10. Customers have full control over their data and can access it at any time through their secure login credentials. We ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information, and all access is logged and monitored for security purposes.
  11. 6. Right to Data Erasure
  12. Customers have the right to demand the complete erasure of their data when they end their subscription with Livinsoft. Upon request, we will initiate the process to delete all customer data from servers, ensuring that no residual data remains. This process is completed within 30 days of the request, and customers will receive a confirmation once the data has been fully erased.

  14. We retain customer data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Once a customer ends their subscription and requests data erasure, we ensure that all data is permanently deleted from servers.

  16. We may update this Data Protection Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Customers will be notified of any significant changes through our website or via email.
